Women's Self-defense Training

The self-defense classes are a 15 sessions curriculum that will cover the 20 most dangerous situations females can become a victim on the trails and how they can escape safely. Furthermore,  you will learn and practice the top defenses in an as-close-to-real-world-as-possible way. Join our team of ladies and learn battle-tested self-defense principles against a variety of attacks that may be encountered on the street, including how to identify threat indicators and situational awareness, rape prevention, abduction prevention, self-defense in and around vehicles, grabs, chokes, ground assaults, etc.

We emphasize scenarios that simulate real-world attacks and provide practical and efficient self-defense solutions.

We have 6 Days available for this program:

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 5:00 A. M.
  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 10:00 A. M.
  • Tuesday & Thursday 11:00 A. M.
  • Saturday 2:00 P. M.
